DuPont Pioneer Research Station

This remarkable, state of the art, hybrid corn research facility is located on a completely redeveloped 4-acre site just west of Coaldale, Alberta and is visible from Highway 3. The project was completed for a private land developer who truly believes in the importance of craftsmanship and quality. Consisting of a 5,700 sf², exposed timber framed office building, fire rated link structure and 16,000 sf² warehouse building which incorporates a laboratory and refrigeration room, washrooms, mechanical and electrical room, equipment maintenance shop as well as shipping and receiving areas. Once completed, DuPont Pioneer held a grand opening for the new facility. The positive feedback received speaks to our constant pursuit of perfection.
