EECOL Electric Commercial Building Renovation

This commercial building renovation incorporated a new contemporary design concept in the storefront and garage bays. The end result provided the aging building with a much-needed facelift and satisfied the client’s immediate needs. Located in downtown Lethbridge, our design team worked with the client to assess the current state of the building façade and then design a new exterior which aimed to meet their needs & improve the overall appeal of the tire and automotive shop to the general public. The west, north and east walls of the building were renovated using horizontal galvanized ‘Z’ bar strapping, (R13 to R14) rigid insulation as well as commercial cladding, trims and flashings. The south wall (feature wall) received all-new aluminum windows and glazing, horizontal galvanized ‘Z’ bar strapping, (R13 to R14) rigid insulation, decorative stone veneers, five exterior feature lights, Hardi board signage detailing and commercial grade, cladding trims and flashings.
