Plaza 601 Mixed-Use Development

Originally built for the F.W. Woolworth retail chain in the 1950s, this building was in need of a facelift. Southwest Design & Construction was retained by the owner to provide structural reinforcement, new storefront windows on the main floor and to install a modern exterior consisting of Aluminum Composite Panels & corrugated metal. “The Suites at 601” is the largest living complex in the downtown area. It has 600 to 1,100 sq ft condos on the second floor and four commercial bays on the main level.
